At the customers factory in Lithuania we integrated Fanuc M10 / 8L robot – which replaced 5 people. The robot takes the plastic parts form the production line, inspects for damages on special table with cameras, processed with cutting and milling tolls and final palletizes on two pallets.
NordRobotics team has developed the concept of robotic system, made simulation on Roboguide. The custom gripper, cutting and milling tools was designed and made by the plastic parts specifications and requirements. Programming, integrating and releasing was made later. Finally the staff was trained.
Robots payback period: ~14 months.
